Yes — we offer free stock samples and paid custom pre-production samples ($50–$200).
Standard production is 3–5 weeks from artwork approval.
We don't run a standard rush program, but for clients with recurring needs we can pre-produce and warehouse stock of your custom packaging and release it on demand. Terms are arranged on a per-client basis.
50% deposit with 50% before shipment to start. Net-30 and other custom payment terms become available after 3 successful orders.
Yes — artwork is saved on file for 24 months. Reorders skip setup fees.
Yes — tiered pricing is available across every product line. Price-break thresholds vary by product because tooling, material, and finishing economics differ; some SKUs see steeper discounts at higher volumes than others. We'll model the curve for your specific product when you request a quote.
Absolutely — we routinely combine multiple SKUs and even multiple projects into a single production run, optimizing setup costs and lead times across the entire order.
Changes before production start are free; after production starts, billed at cost.
We don't stock blank generic packaging — every project is fully custom-built to your brand. However, for clients with predictable demand, we can produce and warehouse your custom packaging in bulk and release it on a ship-as-needed basis. Storage and release terms are arranged on a per-client basis.
