Your price moves with size, material, print, quantity and delivery speed. Pouches and boxes are printed full color; the mailer is printed one color on the front.
Where startups overspend
- Too many designs. Every design has its own minimum. One design across your range, with a label or sticker for the flavor or variant, keeps the first order small.
- An oversized pack. A pack sized to the product uses less material and ships cheaper. Measure first.
- Expedited when Standard would do. The same 500 mailers cost $292.30 with Standard delivery and $382.50 with Expedited. Plan the launch around Standard.
- Finishes everywhere. Foil or soft-touch on the hero product is worth it; on a shipper it rarely is.
