Art that prints and cuts clean.
- Run backgrounds 2 mm past the cut line. The studio shows the bleed line, so no white edge shows after cutting.
- Keep words and logos 4 mm inside the edge, inside the dashed safe area, and outside the string hole’s dashed ring.
- Use about 300 DPI. The studio checks your file at the size it prints and tells you if it will look soft. Vector PDF, AI and SVG files stay sharp at any size.
- For a custom shape, upload a PNG with a transparent background, a PDF, or art on a plain background color. Parts thinner than about 3 mm get smoothed so they don’t tear.
- Both sides print the same design, so one file is all you need.

What is the minimum order?
100 air fresheners per design. Each design has its own art, scent and quantity, and the price per freshener drops as the quantity goes up. Over 10,000 of one design, our team prices it for you by email.
Can I get a custom shape, and does it cost more?
Yes, and no. Choose Custom shape, upload your art, and we cut around it with a 3 mm border; you see the exact cut line before you approve. It costs the same as a circle. Your cut follows your art. Any hairline points or tiny gaps get smoothed slightly so every freshener cuts clean and holds up in the car. If we adjust your shape at all, we send you a fresh proof to approve before anything is made.
Are both sides printed?
Yes. Every freshener prints the same design on the front and the back, in full color, on 2 mm scented board. One file is all you need.
Which scents can I choose?
Forest, Lavender, Bleu (a fresh, cologne style scent), Sandalwood, Black Ice and New Car. Each design gets one scent. Want the same design in two scents? Add it to your cart again with the other scent, 100 minimum each; your cart has a one-click Same design, another scent button.
What sizes are available?
Two sizes on the longest side: 3.25 inches (83 mm) or 3.5 inches (89 mm). Circles and squares are 83 or 89 mm across; rounded rectangles and ovals are 56 × 83 mm or 60 × 89 mm; a custom shape fits inside an 83 or 89 mm square.
Where does the string go?
Through a 4 mm hole, centered at the top by default with at least 2 mm of board around it. You can drag the hole anywhere on your design that keeps that board around it. Pick a black, white or red elastic string.
How long do they take?
Production in as few as 5 business days after you approve your design (up to 15), then delivered to your door in as few as 10 business days in total, usually 10 to 27, with FREE US SHIPPING. You see your arrival dates before you pay.
What file should I upload?
Any file works, and big files are fine. AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, SVG and TIFF open right on your freshener. For a custom shape, a PNG with a transparent background, a PDF, or art on a plain background color gives the cleanest cut. Aim for about 300 DPI at print size; the studio tells you if your file will look soft.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. You approve your design on screen, front and back, before you check out. If you skip that or email your art later, we send you a digital proof. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Who you’re ordering from
These terms cover custom car air fresheners ordered on this page from TWO Packaging (“TWO,” “we,” “us”). By checking the box and placing your order, whether you pay by card or send an order request, you agree to them. Card payments are processed by Stripe for TWO Consulting LLC and show on your statement as TWO* FRESHENERS.
Your price and payment
Your total covers your air fresheners and delivery to a U.S. address you give us (FREE US SHIPPING). There are no setup fees, and every shape, size, scent and string color is the same price, a custom die-cut included. Prices are in U.S. dollars and card orders are paid in full upfront. For addresses outside the United States, our team confirms delivery and the delivered price by email before you pay; any import duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees charged by your country are paid by you. Sales or use tax is not included; if any is due on your order, you’re responsible for it. If a price is ever shown in error (for example because of a system error), we’ll contact you before production and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your proof is the line
You approve your design on screen, front and back, before you check out, or we send you a digital proof first. Check it carefully: spelling, wording, colors, size, shape, the cut line and where the string hole sits. When you approve it, you accept everything on it, and we make what you approved, with the same design printed on both sides. We aren’t responsible for errors in a proof you approved. You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts.

A custom die-cut follows your art with a small border. Any hairline points or tiny gaps get smoothed slightly so every freshener cuts clean and holds up. If we adjust your shape at all, we send you a fresh proof to approve before anything is made, and nothing is made until you approve it.
Timing and delays
Production starts once we have your payment, your print-ready artwork and your approval. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders can sometimes be delayed by things outside our control, including carrier and freight delays, customs inspections and holds, weather and natural disasters, material or supply shortages, equipment breakdowns, labor disputes, public health events, holidays, government actions, tariffs and trade restrictions, war and other events beyond our reasonable control. We’ll let you know if we expect a meaningful delay. We aren’t liable for losses caused by a delay, and once production has started a delay isn’t grounds to cancel or for a refund. If you need your fresheners by a certain date, tell us before you order; an in-hands date is only guaranteed if we confirm it in writing.
Color, cut, scent and quantity
Screens and office printers show color differently from a printing press, and scented board absorbs ink a little differently than coated paper. We match your files and any Pantone (PMS) references as closely as the board and process allow; small differences in color, registration and cut position from the proof, between runs and within a run are normal and aren’t defects. Scent strength and how long a scent lasts depend on heat, sunlight and airflow, and scents can vary slightly between batches. Production runs slightly over or under: a delivery within 10% of the quantity ordered counts as a complete order.
Your artwork
You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, trademarks, artwork, photos, fonts and text, and that your fresheners don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TWO, its owners, employees and suppliers from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your artwork or your use of the fresheners. We may decline any order we believe is unlawful, infringing or harmful, with a full refund.
Using air fresheners safely
Hang air fresheners so they hang freely and don’t touch the dashboard, seats, trim or paint: scent oil can mark plastic, leather, vinyl and painted surfaces. Keep them out of reach of children and pets, don’t hang them where they block the driver’s view, and store unused fresheners sealed in a cool, dry place.
Delivery, inspection and claims
Check your shipping address carefully; the cost of re-shipping an order sent to an address you gave us is yours. Delivery is complete when the carrier shows your order delivered to that address. Please inspect your order when it arrives and email orders@twopackaging.com within 7 days of delivery about any defect, shortage or damage, with photos and your order number. After 7 days the order is considered accepted.
Refunds and reprints
Air fresheners are custom made to your approved proof, so they can’t be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. If what we deliver doesn’t match your approved proof and specification, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged, and you tell us within 7 days, we’ll remake the affected fresheners or refund what you paid for them, at our choice. That is your only remedy.
Billing questions and chargebacks
By paying, you authorize the charge for the exact total shown. If you ever have a billing concern, contact us first and we’ll sort it out quickly. If a chargeback is filed for an order we produced to your approved proof, we may contest it and share your order, proof approval and delivery records as evidence.
Limits on liability
Except for the promises in these terms, air fresheners are provided as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or sales. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Your files
We keep your artwork on file so reorders are easy. Keep your own copies too: files may be deleted 24 months after your last order.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, and within one year after delivery.
Everything else
These terms, your order confirmation and your approved proof are the whole agreement for your order. We may update these terms; the version you accepted when you ordered applies to your order.
