Lanyard order terms

Who you’re ordering from
These terms cover custom lanyards ordered on this page from TWO Packaging (“TWO,” “we,” “us”). By checking the box and placing your order, whether you pay by card or send an order request, you agree to them. Card payments are processed by Stripe for TWO Consulting LLC and show on your statement as TWO* LANYARDS.
Your price and payment
Your order total covers your lanyards (the attachment and any add-ons you pick are in that price) and their delivery to the U.S. address you give us (FREE US SHIPPING), shown before you pay; there is no separate shipping charge. There are no setup or screen fees. Prices are in U.S. dollars and card orders are paid in full upfront. Outside the United States, your order comes in as a request and we confirm delivery and your price by email before you pay; any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are not included and are paid by you on delivery. Sales or use tax is not included; if any is due on your order, you’re responsible for it. If a price is ever shown in error, we’ll contact you before production and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your approval is the proof
You place your artwork and approve it on this page before you pay. Check it carefully: spelling, wording, colors, placement, and anything outside the safe area. When you approve it, you accept everything on it, and we print what you approved. Our prepress team checks every approved file; if something can’t print well, we contact you within one business day and hold your order, without cancelling it, until new artwork is approved. If you choose to send artwork later, nothing prints until you approve a digital proof, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before you do.
Timing and delays
The arrival window shown on the page is an estimate based on production and delivery, not a guarantee. Orders can sometimes be delayed by things outside our control, including carrier, freight and port delays, customs inspections and holds, weather, material shortages, equipment breakdowns, holidays, government actions, tariffs and trade restrictions, and other events beyond our reasonable control. We’ll let you know if we expect a meaningful delay. We aren’t liable for losses caused by a delay, and once production has started a delay isn’t grounds to cancel or for a refund. If you need lanyards by a certain date, tell us before you order; an in-hands date is only guaranteed if we confirm it in writing.
Color, print and quantity
Lanyards are printed by dye sublimation on white polyester, the same artwork on both sides. Screens show color differently from fabric, and small differences in color, placement and stitching from what you approved, between runs and within a run, are normal and aren’t defects. Sublimation can’t print white ink. Attachments and add-ons are the standard parts shown on this page. Promotional printing runs slightly over or under: a delivery within 5% of the quantity ordered counts as a complete order.
Your artwork
You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, trademarks, artwork, photos and text, and that your lanyards don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TWO, its owners, employees and suppliers from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your artwork or your use of the lanyards. We may decline any order we believe is unlawful, infringing or harmful, with a full refund.
Delivery, inspection and claims
Check your shipping address carefully; the cost of re-shipping an order sent to an address you gave us is yours. Delivery is complete when the carrier shows your order delivered to that address. Please inspect your order when it arrives and email orders@twopackaging.com within 7 days of delivery about any defect, shortage or damage, with photos and your order number. After 7 days the order is considered accepted.
Refunds and reprints
Lanyards are custom made to the artwork you approved, so they can’t be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. If what we deliver doesn’t match your approved artwork, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged, and you tell us within 7 days, we’ll reprint the affected lanyards or refund what you paid for them, at our choice. That is your only remedy.
Billing questions and chargebacks
By paying, you authorize the charge for the exact total shown. If you ever have a billing concern, contact us first and we’ll sort it out quickly. If a chargeback is filed for an order we produced to your approved artwork, we may contest it and share your order, approval and delivery records as evidence.
Limits on liability
Except for the promises in these terms, lanyards are provided as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or event costs. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Your files
We keep your artwork on file so reorders are easy. Keep your own copies too: files may be deleted 24 months after your last order.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, and within one year after delivery.
Everything else
These terms, your order confirmation and your approved artwork are the whole agreement for your order. We may update these terms; the version you accepted when you ordered applies to your order.
