Who you’re ordering from

These terms cover custom euro tote bags ordered on this page from TWO Packaging (“TWO,” “we,” “us”). By checking the box and placing your order, whether you pay by card or send an order request, you agree to them. Card payments are processed by Stripe for TWO Consulting LLC and show on your statement as TWO* TOTE BAGS.

Your price and payment

Your order total covers your tote bags and their delivery to the U.S. address you give us, at the speed you choose (Standard, or Air for the extra charge shown in your cart), shown before you pay; there is no separate shipping charge. There are no setup or screen fees. Prices are in U.S. dollars and card orders are paid in full upfront. Outside the United States, your order comes in as a request and we confirm delivery and your price by email before you pay; any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are not included and are paid by you on delivery. Sales or use tax is not included; if any is due on your order, you’re responsible for it. If a price is ever shown in error, we’ll contact you before production and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your approval is the proof

You place your artwork and approve it on this page before you pay. Check it carefully: spelling, wording, colors, placement, and anything near the folds, in the top hem or outside the safe area. When you approve it, you accept everything on it, and we print what you approved. Our prepress team checks every approved file; if something can’t print well, we contact you within one business day and hold your order, without cancelling it, until new artwork is approved. If you choose to send artwork later, nothing prints until you approve a digital proof, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before you do.

Timing and delays

The ship time shown on the page is an estimate based on production and the delivery speed you chose, not a guarantee. Orders can sometimes be delayed by things outside our control, including carrier, freight and port delays, customs inspections and holds, weather, material shortages, equipment breakdowns, holidays, government actions, tariffs and trade restrictions, and other events beyond our reasonable control. We’ll let you know if we expect a meaningful delay. We aren’t liable for losses caused by a delay, and once production has started a delay isn’t grounds to cancel or for a refund. If you need tote bags by a certain date, tell us before you order; an in-hands date is only guaranteed if we confirm it in writing.

Color, print and quantity

Tote bags are printed in full color. Screens show color differently from print, and small differences in color, placement and folding from what you approved, between runs and within a run, are normal and aren’t defects. The top 30 mm of each side folds inside the bag as the hem, and the ribbon handles are the color you choose. Promotional printing runs slightly over or under: a delivery within 5% of the quantity ordered counts as a complete order.

Your artwork

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, trademarks, artwork, photos and text, and that your tote bags don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TWO, its owners, employees and suppliers from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your artwork or your use of the tote bags. We may decline any order we believe is unlawful, infringing or harmful, with a full refund.

Delivery, inspection and claims

Check your shipping address carefully; the cost of re-shipping an order sent to an address you gave us is yours. Delivery is complete when the carrier shows your order delivered to that address. Please inspect your order when it arrives and email orders@twopackaging.com within 7 days of delivery about any defect, shortage or damage, with photos and your order number. After 7 days the order is considered accepted.

Refunds and reprints

Tote bags are custom made to the artwork you approved, so they can’t be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. If what we deliver doesn’t match your approved artwork, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged, and you tell us within 7 days, we’ll reprint the affected tote bags or refund what you paid for them, at our choice. Our money-back guarantee: if what we deliver doesn’t match the proof you approved, you can choose a full refund of what you paid for the affected items instead of a reprint. That is your only remedy.

Billing questions and chargebacks

By paying, you authorize the charge for the exact total shown. If you ever have a billing concern, contact us first and we’ll sort it out quickly. If a chargeback is filed for an order we produced to your approved artwork, we may contest it and share your order, approval and delivery records as evidence.

Limits on liability

Except for the promises in these terms, tote bags are provided as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or event costs. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Your files

We keep your artwork on file so reorders are easy. Keep your own copies too: files may be deleted 24 months after your last order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, and within one year after delivery.

Everything else

These terms, your order confirmation and your approved artwork are the whole agreement for your order. We may update these terms; the version you accepted when you ordered applies to your order. How much do custom euro tote bags cost?

A medium euro tote (33 × 10 × 28 cm) costs $560.00 for 250 ($2.24 each), $850.00 for 500 and $1,400.00 for 1,000 ($1.40 each), delivered to your door with Standard delivery. Smaller bags cost less and larger bags more, and every size and quantity is priced instantly on the order page. There are no setup fees, full color on every side is included, and every ribbon color is the same price.

What is the minimum order?

250 tote bags per design. Every quantity from 250 to 5,000 is priced instantly on this page and you can pay right away. Over 5,000 of one design, our team prices it for you by email.

Eight euro tote sizes, width × gusset × height: small 20 × 10 × 25 cm (7.9 × 3.9 × 9.8 in); wide small 28 × 10 × 23 cm (11 × 3.9 × 9.1 in); medium 33 × 10 × 28 cm (13 × 3.9 × 11 in); tall 26 × 10 × 35 cm (10.2 × 3.9 × 13.8 in); deep medium 26 × 17 × 27 cm (10.2 × 6.7 × 10.6 in); cube 23 × 20 × 23 cm (9.1 × 7.9 × 9.1 in); deep large 30 × 23 × 30 cm (11.8 × 9.1 × 11.8 in); wide large 41 × 12 × 31 cm (16.1 × 4.7 × 12.2 in). Which ribbon colors are there?

Where does my design print?

Full color on the whole outside of the bag: the front, the back, both side gussets and the bottom. The top 30 mm of each side folds inside the bag as the hem that holds the ribbon handles, so keep words and logos out of it. The design canvas draws the folds, the hem, the bleed and the safe area on your art.

Can I see my tote bag before I order?

Yes. Your art opens on the flat bag with your tote in 3D right beside it, in the size and ribbon color you picked. You approve it on screen, and our prepress team still checks every file before it prints.

How long do custom tote bags take?

Most orders ship within 15 days. Need them sooner? Tick Air in your cart for air shipping. You see the extra cost and both delivery windows before you pay.

Is shipping included?

Yes. Standard delivery to your door is in every price (FREE US SHIPPING), so there is no shipping charge at checkout. Air costs extra and shows its price in your cart. Outside the U.S., send your order as a request and our team confirms delivery and your price by email.

What file should I upload?

AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, SVG and TIFF files open right on your tote bag so you can place them. EPS, ZIP and anything else upload too, and our team sets them up. Aim for 300 DPI at print size or vector art; the canvas tells you if your file will look soft. Designing it in your own software? Get the layered dieline for your size (PDF + SVG) for $5.

Can I order several designs at once?

Yes. Add each design to your cart with its own artwork, size, ribbon color and quantity, 250 or more each, then check out once. Up to 10 designs go in one order.
