1. Choose a style and size

Press Change under Style to see all nine pouch styles with photos. Then enter your width, height and gusset in inches or millimetres. The drawing next to the size boxes shows exactly where each one is measured, and the measuring tool sizes a bag from your product using a U.S. quarter to calibrate your screen.

2. Pick a material, thickness and finish

Each material card says what it’s typically used for. Choose a thickness from 3 mil (0.076 mm) up, a matte, gloss or soft-touch finish, and any foil or spot UV. Every choice shows its price as you make it.

3. Place your artwork

Upload AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, SVG or TIFF files. Your art opens on the dieline for your exact size, with the seals, zipper, bleed and safe area drawn on it. Drag, resize and rotate it on each panel, just as you would in a design app. Adding a window? Place the window shape where you want it and size it.

4. Check it in 3D

Turn your finished bag in 3D to see the front, back and bottom with your artwork and material. The page also shows the print resolution of every image, so you know your art will print sharply.

5. Approve and check out

Approve your design, add it to your cart, add more designs if you have them, then pick Standard or Expedited delivery, each with its arrival dates, and pay by card. Our prepress team checks every approved file before printing.

Frequently asked questions

What file types can I upload for a mylar bag?

AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, JPG, SVG and TIFF open directly on your dieline. ZIP, EPS and other files upload too, and our team sets them up.

Can I download a dieline instead?

Yes. Press Layered dieline on the order card: for $5 you get a layered PDF and SVG dieline drawn to your exact size, and a link to download it again any time.

What resolution should my artwork be?

300 DPI at print size, or vector art. The order page shows the resolution of each image as you place it.
