What to check before you buy any eco material online

  • The exact composition. “Kraft” on a pouch can still mean a foil layer inside; our own kraft pouch film is kraft / PET / aluminium / PE, which is why we list it as a look, not an eco option. Ask what every layer is.
  • How it should be disposed of. Recyclable where? Compostable at home or only in an industrial facility? The answer decides whether the claim helps you.
  • Proof for any claim you print. If you put “compostable” or “recyclable” on your pack, you need to be able to back it up under the FTC Green Guides (16 CFR Part 260). Ask the supplier which standard the material meets, such as ASTM D6400 for industrial composting.
  • The FSC logo. Printing it requires a certified chain of custody. Ask before you put it in your artwork.
  • The real price. Compare delivered prices. Ours include Free US shipping, so the number you see is the number you pay.

How ordering online works

  1. Choose the format and material, then the size. Each store suggests the smallest size that fits your product.
  2. See your price instantly at every quantity, with Standard and Expedited delivery dates.
  3. Add your artwork and check the 3D proof.
  4. Pay and approve. Production takes as few as 5 business days from artwork approval (up to 15), then delivery takes 25 to 35 days with Standard or 4 to 12 days with Expedited.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy eco-friendly packaging online with instant pricing?

TWO Packaging sells recycled and compostable poly mailers, paper bubble mailers, recyclable mono-PE pouches and recycled or kraft board boxes online with instant delivered prices, from 100 boxes or 500 mailers or pouches per design.

Is kraft packaging always eco-friendly?

No. Kraft paper on its own is widely recyclable, but kraft pouches are often laminated to plastic and foil layers for barrier. Ask what every layer is before you call it eco-friendly.

Do I need proof to call my packaging compostable?

Yes. In the US the FTC Green Guides require environmental claims to be backed by competent evidence. Ask your supplier which standard the material meets and how it should be disposed of.
